The Center welcomes adults to gain opportunities for educational growth.
Registration: January 5th-16th, 10am-12pm, Monday-Friday.
Courses offered Spring 2015, beginning week of January 20th:
- English as a Second Language (3 levels-Basic, Beginner, Intermediate)
- Basic and Beginner: classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10am-12pm.
- Intermediate: class meets Mondays, 10am-1pm and Wednesdays, 10am-12pm.
- Adult Literacy
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:30-2:30pm
- GED
- Level 1: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 10am-12pm
- Level 2 (Math only): Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1-3pm.
- Parenting Classes (In Spanish)
- 12-week program administered by Southwest Nu-Stop. Classes meet Tuesdays, 10am-12pm. Free tokens, refreshments and more. Participants who attend all 12 classes receive a stipend at the conclusion of the program.
- Computer Open Lab Hours:
- Mondays and Wednesdays, 10am-1pm, 4pm-7pm
- Saturdays, 10am-1p
- Financial Literacy- a 6-week course
